RCS no service but sms on Sunday when offices are cloded
i have send all my details through 23 March 2020 regarding the COVID 19. I have received an automated email and two calls from RCS consultants who advised me they have escalated my matter i wont receive any further emails or calls which is threatning. They asked me again to send all my info to rcsclaim i did so. Today on a sunday i receive an sms at 02:17 regarding my customer protection to elapsed. I am taking this to the media i have called i have emailed and not once did i receive feedback now again on a sunday morning they are sending sms which i cant return due to offices are closed. Why did you send the sms why is my emails and call unreturned?

10 May 2020, 09:39I have called five times 29 minutes on hold and then phone get cut off. Email does not work more than a month no reply. You guys are just sending threatning emails and sms
