RCS No reply to ********** account.
Someone opened a ********** Pic and Pay store card account on my name the same day I opened an account on 10/05/2019. I was not aware of this until my bank mentioned it last year. I contacted Pic and Pay and was given instructions and email addresses. Thant was on 25/10/2021. I have not had any response back and send another email on 10/01/2022. Till today I had no acknowledgement of my emails or any replies to let me know what is going on. What more am I supposed to do?
