RCS No Policy in place.

You Request to get the block remove because of the covid-19. You get told to send the last 3 month of pay-slip and mail it to RCS claims depart.. This is all I don have a problem because the is the rules or RSC. I send the document on the 29 Oct 2020 Same day, I receive a email back that to we have receive all the documents.. I ma follow up with RCS Claims departments on the 02 November 2020. I am been told they only receive my documents today after the agent was looking for it. I then as what is the turnaround for this process. Then I am been told I don't know. Any Financial company have an turn around time on any request but is seem RCS don't have any of things in place. Then I was told that it will take 5 working day/s starting from the 2 November 2020 . This is also wrong because i have conformation that RCS have receive it on the 29 October 2020.. It sound like that the person I was dealing with don't know the policy's of the Company.
