RCS no help

We paid our RCS card in full and still the money doesnt show on their side We ask for the settlement letter the time it takes for the money toe show changes. The installment was paid on a sunday and it showed 2 days later and 3 days agter that , we paid the full outstanding amount and its been 14 days and RCS says its still not showing. We paid it to the same account. This is SUPER unacceptable
