RCS no customer service!

I have a loan with RCS and want to settle it. Their online self service website is always offline and can never log in to get a settlement quote! I tried to phone but they only have automated call response, no one is actually one the other side to assist. I got my settlement balance telephonically but need a quote with actual banking details etc on. Their service is pathetic and wont work through them again!
