RCS No Customer service at all.

RCS has no customer at all, i have reported my RCS App that it does not allow me to use it and i was told that they are aware that some customers have been affected and they will be notified once the fix has been app****, it's over 8 months I am still waiting for the fix. I have previously asked them to remove/delete/flush my profile so that i can start again since they are battling with their own system. I have been sent the link but it is also not working, and they have confirmed that they don't know what to do anymore. This is bad service, inconveniency plus inadequate system.
