RCS - Nightmare ... again

These financial services can be such a nightmare.

1. I made an application for a QueensPark application earlier this year. They called and said it's approved but I need to give my FNB account which I wasn't comfortable to do, since they called me over the phone and couldn't even verify my email or ID - as per their standard ... so they said. They then asked me to confirm my ID number, it's SA - why would I give my ID number over the phone??? I then told them that I will go to the store myself and call them the. I went to the store, they were so rude to me when I asked to use their phone and I decided to go home.

2. I nearly lost my life and couldn't make it to another store - unfortunately.

3. I called to provide my details but the system keeps on rejecting me. I then called the number provided and they said I have been rejected - I understand that BUT guys, how can you approve me and reject me in October. I even have bills now, I never even had bills when I app**** for the first time.

This is the most confusing thing I have ever heard in my life. The is no bank that will approve and reject you for the same application - how did RCS do this? Is this even legal.

Oh, and apparently, they cannot find my initial QueenPark application, but I am not crazy and please stop making people look like fools.
