RCS NEGLIGENCE AND LENIENCY

On the 6th of April 2020, I received an sms from RCS along with an EasyPay number on which I were to pay my RCS credit card bill. On the very same day I went to Shoprite where I paid R10000 cash in order to decrease my outstanding balance. The transaction was processed and I received a receipt which I still kept. The following day I received another sms from RCS informing me that the EasyPay account number I had received the previous day was apparently incorrect and my credit card was not paid for. A few weeks later my card was blocked because I apparently hadn't paid. I have tried to contact RCS several times, I was assured that this issue would be resolved soon but those were cleary empty promises. No one has said anything about the progress of the case and it seems as though I am not being taken seriously enough. I can not begin to express how disappointed and angry I am at the extremely poor customer service and the evident negligence of the situation. I truly hope this outcry will finally be heard and may someone do something to get my money back or into the account I had allegedly paid to.

I hope to hear from you soon. Yours, Thokozani Jiji
