RCS MOST DISHONEST COMPANY EVER

Minus 10. I am so angry with RCS. My Edgars account was taken over by RCS - the company I would never ever have dobe business with, because of dishonesty by charging extras without my consent. Last month I paid my account in full as soon as I realised that RCS is going to do me in. I bought for R2419.85 and my agreement with Edgars (Edcon) was 6 months interest free and no extra charges. I realised after they send me an installment bill for R150 last month. If you take the R2419.85 divided by 6 months then you dont get R150. So I used my credit card and paid them in full. So my balance was 0.00. I just received a sms stating I owe R30. FOR WHAT? Service fee on an empty account. ARE YOU CRAZY? How many people do you do this with? What does the Ombadsman say about you?
