I am very dissapointed! I have a money credit card that I asked for the settlement amount. They sent me the letter and I immediately paid and sent them the proof of payment. I followed up more than once but nothing. Now this morning I receive a sms saying I owe an amount. I am so sorry but they didn't do their job I am not paying a cent further.
