RCS Money Card - Don't get one!

Since July I have been struggling to get my card closed. I have paid the settlement amount and emailed the proof to them. I have the settlement letter and proof on email that they confirmed I have settled. But still the card hasn't been closed and they debit my account. Never ever will I refer or use RCS again. I have never struggled to close an account like this!
