RCS ***** Money

I am very dissatisfied with all that is RCS at the moment. With my RCS pick N Pay account I have paid in R800 in the normal bank account that I have paid in for the last 2 years and now they don't know what I am talking about. I never had a problem with any of my other payments but these they don't see. I have send them number of times screen shots of the payments and when that was not enough I send them POP form the bank. 2 week later and still nothing from there side. And now my R800 is gone.

Then there is RCS Tyme Credit Card. Out of the blue I hear after having the same fight as above and it was sorted but then I got a email out of nowhere that they have sold my account to Nimble *** people. They don't even use my correct email addres. They use email adreses and surnames that was never in my life near Tyme Credit card. And it is not that I don't reply to the main email It was just never used and also not even my Surname.

I fee totally cheated and robed because the amount they are requesting now is not even the balance I have with Tyme bank. I really are fed-up with fighting for things that I have paid and gave them proof and to rectify thing that I did not sign up for. I did not sign anything for Nimble but dont know my writes.
