RCS missing in action during Covid 19
So RCS are utterly careless regarding Covid 19, I have tried to contact them via all portals without any luck, facebook, email the works. Due to the virus and being self employed I have already had zero income for 2 weeks and the last bit of cash has gone towards food to feed my family. RCS doesn't seem to have a plan of action whatsoever for clients who have been put in a disastrous position due to the lockdown. Very disappointed that they can't come to the party nevermind even return any of my communications.

04 May 2020, 08:06I recieved a call on 15th regarding this, was told I'd get a follow up call for rcs to find a way forward, I emphasized that this needs to happened before may 5th cause that's my debit date which now is going to bounce costing me 100 rand in chargers.
I have also submitted loss of income form with supporting documents on friday the 24th of april and yet to get feedback regarding that.
