RCS Makro Store Card - Unauthorized Charge

I have a Makro Store Card through RCS and on my December 2024 statement there is a charge for R59.00 towards "MOBILE CONTENT SUBSCRIPTION BLUE LABEL". I have never subscribed to anything at Blue label. I visited Makro Strubensvalley on 21 December 2024 requesting them to cancel the charge and close the account. They referred me to Blue Label. I phoned Blue label and they cannot find such a charge to cancel - referred me back to RCS. RCS once again referred me to Blue Label. This is really unacceptable. Reference Number on Blue Label call is *** dated 23 December 2024. I requested to speak to a Supervisor on the last call to RCS. Phone was playing some music for a long time... no answer from a Supervisor, and the call subsequently ended - was cut off. I request RCS to immediately cancel the charge, dated 04 December 2024, close this account and send me confirmation.
