How is this. They beg me for months to take out an account with then. I do eventually and after a few months I note their excessive insurance and interest. I decide to close the account. I Request a settlement letter and pay it within a matter hours the exact same amount that is on the settlement letter. I mail them and state: "Issue me with a paid up letter and CLOSE the account". They instead send me a mail asking for banking details and ID as there is a small refund due but do not give me an amount. How is this possible when I paid as per settlement letter. The app says there is no refund. They then threaten me that if I do not send the bank details they will charge me fees and the account will fall into arrears. This is pure daylight *******. This is how they trap people. I will be taking this immediately to the NCR.
