RCS Makro Most INCOPETENCE Credit Provider EVER

My account at Makro RCS has been suspended due to Incompetence, I have Cancelled The Debit order when i opened the account in store, I pay my account via EFT and always more than what is due and always ON TIME! It just shows that RCS credit payment department do not do their JOBS! They Phoned me yesterday to confirm when will i be making a payment, I told them that i already did, She started to interrogate me as if I'm a ********, Insinuating that I am LYING! That night i send the Customer Services Department my PROOF OF PAYMENT with a lengthy Email requesting to rectify their INCOMPETENCE, The Next Day Nothing from them, Again not doing their jobs...!! That Night I Phoned the Customer Service Department to clear this mess, the lady working at the Customer department call center who's job it is to fix their incompetence told me that she doesn't handle this kind of thing and that I must phone back tomorrow! I don't know about you,but i have never in my life dealt with such *********** People.....!! This is UNACCEPTABLE, They have Listed Me at ITC, Because they didn't do their JOBS properly...! I will recommend everybody not do get an ACCOUNT at RCS EVER...!!!
