RCS - Makro Card Insurance is of no help in Covid19 lockdown

Battling now for months to get an answer from RCS - Makro card division. App**** for insurance to cover me while I am not receiving income from the company I work for. Approved for one month only, and no response as to why approved for only one month. On my enquiry per telephone, they cannot answer me as there is no one in that division they can transfer me to - no other number to phone. Only help - only one month was approved. Most pathetic company to assist in these trying times.
