RCS Makro

Good day

I have a Makro RCS card , and i was a victim of ***** . I reported it immediately and canceled my card. I went to the police station and made a affidavit and opend a case as they had requested from me.

I then send everything through per email to them, which i have proof . I phoned them numerous times about feedback ect , they only assigned somebody yesterday , which is two months later as this happend in January 2020.

Each month i am paying the installment , as i am an good creditor. I made numerous phone calls without any prevail . Please help!
