RCS Loans is the worst ever!!!!

In January i app**** for a RSC loan for R15000 and got approved, i received calls from so many different people and some how they duplicated my loan!!! they paid me R15000 for the RSC loan and they paid me R15000 for a Makro loan. When i noticed the duplication i called in to let them know what they had done, they asked me to pay the R15000 for the makro loan back and gave me bank details and a reference to use.

I paid the R15000 back then called them and they said it will be resolved, my first debit order for the RSC loan went off on February 2023, but the Makro loan went off as well. I called this time like 10 times and every time i call them they say it will be resolved. Its March now and both loans are still going off from my account!!!!

This is my 5th complaint they always call and say it will be resolved but weeks later and nothing has happened!!!!!!!!!!!
