RCS Loans is a **** financial institution

What the hell is wrong this financial institution ? This month again I have been debited twice and this time they debited 2 different amounts R2106.10 & R2102.65 with different references. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP because I dont even know which amount is correct between the 2. I think its time I report this matter to the Ombudsman. I cannot be inconvenienced each month and be told to wait 7 days for a Refund. I want my money. I am giving you 48 hours to get my money back. Is their systems not functioning properly. What the Hell
