RCS loans deducting without any reason

Bad bad bad , I took out a loan November 2021 for a year , the loans last payment was then debited November 2022. This month the 01st March 2023 the loan instalment amount was deducted and since then I haven’t received my money back. My account was not closed and now I have to struggle like this . RCS it’s not my fault , please just refund my money , I can’t be waiting a whole 2 weeks for money to be refunded. I think I’ll have to start writing down the names I speak to aswell , as everyone tell me different stories everytime. And if someone tell me one me time that I have to wait for 24- 48 hours ……
