RCS LOANS BAD SERVICE

Disgusted by service I’m receiving from RCS. Took a loan. My 1st repayment was on the 15th of June. They deducted 5X times the required amount. Was asked to send bank statements as proof that money taken 5 times. I did as requested. Partial refund done , they claiming they can’t see the other transaction on their side. I’m in more debts now because my other debits couldn’t go through as RCS took more than expected and delaying refund. I’m frustrated.
