RCS Loan Failures and Incompetencies

I have paid up my loan with RCS in November 2023. I am now bombarded with sms', letters of demands and now I'm am told my account has been handed over to attorneys. My payments were done by debit order by the way. No one knows what's happening from the call centre. I'm stuck with debt that is incorrect and my name sent to ITC. I have been told over and over that this will be reversed but the threats from lawyers Blake and Associates keep on coming. RCS Loan has failed me. I would never in my wildest dreams consider using RCS again
