RCS Loan

I recently app**** for a loan with RCS, and was informed that the loan was approved, they requested me to pay the credit life insurance of R5860.00, before the money would be paid into my account, which i did. They sent me proof of payment and everything, then Capitec bank wanted me to pay R6294.00 befor they release the funds, which i refused to do, it was not my fault that the money was not paid into my account when it was supposed to, The person assisting me name is George Elvis Senior loan Manager at RCS. I told them to cancel the loan then he told me i need to pay a R3900.00 cancellation fee, which I also refused to do. He told me they would send me a cancellation form to fill in, so that I can get my refund of R5860.00 back, to date, nothing has been received, and im not getting any help from Capitec or RCS, as i have been emailing and sending messages with no response. I would like someone from RCS credit life insurance to contact me so I can get my refund. The Loan amount was never paid out.
