RCS Loan
We have been trying to get a settlement figure on our RCS Loan for the last 9 months - with NO luck. The loan/our details are not on any system according to them, but they are still deducting the debit order every month!!!! We have even been advised to go back to the store we got it from, and just like us they have to phone a RCS call centre who cannot help and does not know of our existence! Who can help me sort this out once and for all?????????/
