RCS lies

9th of March 2016 I took a personal loan with RCS. During the application process the sales lady told me that the first payment I will make will be the 25th APRIL 2016, she even confirmed this with her manager who was close by her at the time.<br> In about 2 days after taking up the loan I then received an sms from RCS stating that my account will be debited on the 25th of every month.<br> Worried that the 1st installment will be debited in March I then called RCS and spoke to a guy called JP who confirmed that the debit order date on the system is 25 March, after telling him about what the sales lady and the manager told me about 1st installment being in April he said he will investigate (listen to the recording) and get back to me. He never came back. <br> Towards the 25th I called them again and spoke to a lady called Tracey Daniels who confirmed that 25th March debit order has been cancelled and the 1st installment will be 25th April<br> All what they were telling me were lies and empty promises because on the 26th March they deducted the amount - in the process they messed up my budget badly as I had planned along the lines that my 1st installment will be in April
