RCS is using clients credit cards and expects clients to pay
On the 26th January 2020 at 00:58 I received a message that I've successfully logged on the rcs app. After that there was R500 purchase at Glocell. After a minute another R500 purchase. At 01:11 I received another log on message. Thereafter R2577. 00 purchase was made. In the morning I received a call from RCS saying they noted suspicious activity on my RCS card. I told the lady that I did not make any purchase and they must not proceed with it since it's an online purchase. She told me they can't do anything until I send affidavit, ID and card copy with signatures. I did that. But up until today they tell me they are still investing and I must keep on paying the account. I feel like RCS knows about the purchase because they shouldn't have sent the items to the person who made it after I have confirmed that I did not use my card. They blocked the card after the transactions and knew very well that there's no credit left. Thi is now going to have a negative impact on on my credit record. I have called RCS several times but I'm still not getting help
