RCS is useless

I deposited money mistakenly into the wrong account and it happens that it's RCS cards. Capitec bank tried to do a recall. But they were unsuscesful. They asked me to contact them directly. Which I did, it has been a week now I call in their agents are rude and they transfer me to a customer care, I hold on for 30minutes and longer without an answer. Now I'm loosing hope that I will not get my money back. I feel sad because thee money is for my daughter what can I do. RCS is unreliable and they are ******
