RCS IS UNRELIABLE!!!! THEIR SALES REPS ARE TRAINED TO LIE!!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOUR RCS CARD WILL WORK AT ENGEN STATIONS.EVEN THE ONES THAT ARE LISTED!!

I had made a call to the rcs to enquire about their engen partnership and requested a list of all the engens that one could fill up their car in. I was given 3 options nased on my local: 1)186 inanda road, umgeni business park 2)551 mountbatten Drive, reservior hills 3)169 Chris Hani Road, Briardene

I decide to go to option 1. I arrive at the fueling station and present my rcs card to the petrol attendant and he says they do not take rcs cards.i proceed to tell them that at call centre agent from the head office specifically told me that this garage accepts rcs cards. He goes to his manager and his manager comes too me and tells me the same thing.

BASICALLY, THE SALES REP **** TO ME!!!
