RCS IS THE WORST! DON'T WASTE TIME!

I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received from RCS. I have a RCS store credit card that i used to purchase furniture. I make my monthly payments to this account, no hassles. On 04-03-2020, I made an additional payment to the same account, my only error was that i used the incorrect reference number. I called the customer service line on 11/03/2020 to try to ask for assistance in rectifying this. I was put on hold for an extremely long amount of time, then I was transferred to three different consultants who offered me mo constructive assistance. I have received no follow up call, or email this far. If they were serious about assisting me, they would have asked me what reference I used so that they can allocate the money. I cannot believe that in 2020, I have to be subjected to such terrible service. I cannot wait to pay off what I need to, and I'll be done with RCS. This is pathetic and outrageous! Never use RCS, never Trust RCS. Rather save yourself the trouble.
