RCS is the worst
The app is constantly not working. And when I log a query the consultants are not helpful at all. Making it seem as if I don’t know how to use the app. I have tried logging in for the past 3 months and keep getting told that the authentication has failed. This is absolutely ridiculous. And RCS can’t even be bothered to assist or respond.
