RCS IS THE WORST!!!!!!

Debited my account and I never authorised any debit order!!!! My Edgars account has been paid in full since July 2020. Had to pay R87.84 for heaven knows for what because with Edgars I could view my statements online. THEN RCS TOOK OVER AND ALL WENT DOWN!!!! Dialed a number given by them to find out my outstanding balance. Thinking it should be zero but it was not. Paid the 87.84 on the 5th of october then RCS DEBITED ANOTHER 87.44?????? I want to close my account. I called and emailed. It can take up to 36 days to close an account!!!!! Can you believe it!!!! Emailed again after talking with an operator! I do not trust them. Added the reference number for the call as well. I see this is going to be a big pain to close this account! I have not received a confirmation call or email stating that I want to close my account. I HATE YOU RCS GROUP.
