RCS is the worst...

This happen to me last week... I received SMS's from RCS Stating i made purchase in province i don't reside and on a RCS Card that i didn't even apply for. i am not even interested in owning a RCS credit card.

5 min after receiving the SMS's i call RCS and they tell me not to worry they don't see an account for me on the system and it was probably sent to me in error. Well today i get a statement via email with the exact purchases i queried a week ago and the account is in my name. I never opened an account with them so now i perplexed, i call them and only only for them to tell me their is an account in my name on the system. So, i dispute this and now have to send them an affidavit and other documentation to dispute this.

I am peed off as hell and don't know how this happened nor are they able to tell me how this happened. I will update this as we go along...
