RCS is the death of me

RCS will be the death of me. Since I opened my account at Game, I had endless ****, if I had only known. Many years ago I had an RCS account and closed it after a year due to the same reasons as no one knows what customer service is. I would advise all with RCS accounts to get statements dating back to the day you opened your account, because month in month out I have refunds and payments not reflected on my statement and still get messages from them that makes you feel like a bad payer because people are *********** and can't do there jobs or simply don't care. I called RCS on Friday again who promised to call me to resolve the problem with all my refunds and payments not reflected but once again, no response. So tomorrow morning I will return all the goods I purchased and pay all the balance and close this account. I now realize that RCS is Edgar's as well and because of that I will be paying this account off asap to close it down. Pathetic service
