RCS is soo Annoying *AF

I hope this review can help as I feel this is the last resort...I'm defeated and very angry. I had an account with RCS then it was Handed over to Debtbusters..I paid off the account in full..now it's such a mission to obtain a paid up letter..I have called RCS 8 times requesting for a paid up letter but they keep saying they cant give it to me because its handed over...I then contact the people where my account is handed over to...and they're telling me I should get it at RCS..i literally have an email from Debt busters saying they called RCS requesting for the paid up letter and that RCS cant give them the paid up letter... So here is why I am angry...that I'm going back and fourth and RCS is not willing to help. Its pathetic when we owe you we get death threats to pay you guys..but when we pay you in full you cant help with a paid up letter
