RCS is so useless, cant even close an account

I went to Game N1 City on the 19th Of December, paid my account in full in person at the RCS desk, spoke to the RCS representative on their phone, wrote out a letter stating that I wish to immediately close my account, cut up my card in their presence and today I received a statement again for an account that should no longer exist. Immediately, I inquire why they haven't closed it yet and they again want me to travel to the branch because their incompetence could not manage to close a simple paid for account.<br> <br> When asking for a manager, the agent put me on hold indefinitely so I was forced to put down the phone after waiting about 10 minutes
