RCS is ruining my credit record

RCS is ruining my credit record! I have made payment towards my account since inception in July 2018 they are NOT reflecting on my statement. They have subsequently listed me on the ITC as a slower payer!

I've sent proofs of payment several times and the issue remains unresolved. What is so difficult in allocating a payment to a debtor? The administration in this place is a joke, sort it out!
