RCS is rude and service is pathetic

Due to the global pandemic, many consumers have lost jobs or been laid off, myself included. We are facing a financial crisis bigger than any other seen before. As a result, I have been unable to pay my RCS Makro account. I called in and was given advice from a RCS consultant to send through a temporary loss of income claim, which I did back in July 2020. I received an SMS stating that my claim was received on 06th August 2020. Every single day I get called asking why I have not made a payment and every day I have to explain the whole story, "I am not working as I have been laid off, I have made an insurance claim but have still not heard anything back". Every time the consultant says they "will make a note on the system". Yet this never happens.. Surely it is not difficult to "make a note on the system"???? I am getting fed up with this incompetence! Some of the consultants are really kind and understanding, but the majority are rude and full of attitude. "So can you not make any payment?" I get asked daily. No Susan, that's what not being paid means, it means I have no money to make a payment. Please believe me, if I could make a payment on my account, I would; as dealing with your *********** and rude consultants is not the highlight of my daily existence. Please make "a note" or whatever on your system to show that I have been contacted and have explained my circumstances countless times.

Reviewer Update
On 02nd September I received a call and email that my claim has been approved for June, July and August. From September I will be liable for my account unless I provide proof that I am still not earning a salary and also that any negative information on the credit bureaus will be removed.
So I have sent through payslips, bank statements and emails, dated 12th September and 09th October, requesting further insurance and to advise that my latest credit reports reveal negative information from Makro / RCS.
Still not a single phone call or email in response.
This is seriously pathetic. Trying to call is pointless, because no one answers.
I am not happy with this lack of service.
