Rcs is Robbing me

Hello Peter can you please help me with Contempo Rcs I made payment on the 2nd April 2020 of R390 but on the 14 April 2020 they sent me a statement that showed that they didn't received money.i made this payment via EFT. I've been trying to call them and explain and send the proof of payment to them but the is no respond I even called Nedbank they said the money was paid to Rcs I must tell them to track the money with reference I told them but still there is no solution R390 it's a lot of money .here is the proof of payment below that shows I paid them but they said they didn't received it .please I need your help.
