RCS IS PATHETIC!
I paid up the RCS account in full with MBD on the 30th of July 2020. I have the paid up letter with me. Now i called RCS to check when is this information going to be updated on my credit report, and the answer was that my account is with VVM and I'm owing RCS R235. I want to know how? I called RCS today 8 times without assistance. Firstly I was referred to MBD and everything is clear on mbd's side. Secondly it was Vvm who said they don't have my account with them. Can you kindly assist?
