RCS is pathetic

I took a loan with RCS in May 2017 and it was settled in June 2107 after I recieved a settlement letter from RCS. The loan was NEVER closed by RCS and is I am STILL struggling to get RCS to remove the loan from my ITC records for almost 4 months now. I am getting very irritated and had it now!! How many calls must I still make and how many emails must I send?? RCS messed up my credit scoring now because of their negligence which I was maintaining very good for my entire life. I will never make use of RCS again and I will never refer them to any one. This must please be sorted ASAP as till today when I checked my Transunion reports it is STILL reflecting on my records as in arrears and with a balance of R420
