RCS is pathetic

RCS has pathetic customer service.

I have been emailing them for 2 weeks long regarding my account at Cotton on that shows active on my credit report but according to them, is closed in Jan 2021. How the hell does that make sense. I am also emailing about Cape Union Mart account with NO response.

Pathetic! Don't open any accounts by them! Their service is non existing
