RCS is over charging me for nothing

Took a loan with RCS and I was supposed to finish paying ip the loan on the 6th of December 2024. On the 6th of December TCS debited R894.39 on to my account instead of R2101.37. and I assumed thatvwas rhe remaining mount.

Few days later I received a message that I overlooked RCS R1450 and ai was shocked.

I then called them and to find out how did they get to that amount.

We then calculated the difference they were supposed to pay and we came up to R1086 that I paid on the 6thnof Jan as agreed.

Now I am getting calls that I owe RCS 400 and some odds and they say it's an outstanding amount

I do not owe arCS a single cent . I have been calling and telling then to sort this out.

Can someone from RCS give me a call and sort rhis out as ai do jot owe you anything
