RCS IS ONE PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL AND WORST COMPANY!

RCS does not even deserve the 1 star. They have the worst service and I will make sure I spread the word as much as I can as long as I live. I made a payment to the trying to close off my account with them. All of a sudden no one can track my payment. I have sent proof of payment from the bank, I have sent the slips via emails but surprisingly no one can assist. The payment was done on the 13th of February and till today there's no clear direction. Its unbelievable how this company operates. Its embarrassing! I am busy taking them to EC Consumer protector offices as we speak and I will use all my platforms to make sure no one goes through what I went through.
