RCS is not acting professional

In August 2020 I spoke to a consultant the ref.nr *** which an arrangement was made that an installment will be deducted from 01/09/2020 seeing that I was not working due to Covid-19 Lockdown and I told the consultant I went back to work with a huge salary cut and I am unable to afford more than the monthly installment, she said that my debit order will go off for the amount I can afford, after numerous email, telephone communications and an arrangement that was made for the 1st installment to go off from 1 September 2020 I was handed over to RCS Collections department, like the lady from collections saying they are well aware of the Covid-19 lockdown!!! I received an email with the whole outstanding amount due for the time we were in lockdown. As previously mentioned on Hello Peter, how does RCS meet their clients after such a pandemic where nobody had salaries and when we can go back to work, salaries was cut due to Companies being in financial constraints? So does RCS just hand over and expect the full amount to be paid with no arrangement??? Banks come to rescue; they extend your monthly installment to help their clients! But no RCS have no compassion for their clients. I am sorry but I can only afford my monthly installment as arranged until the account is paid in full. I cannot wait to pay off my RCS acc and close it! I will never open an account with them again and I will not refer them to friends nor family! I borrowed monies this morning to pay a little extra but collections do not say thank you for the payment and we are great full and accept that you are paying off your account!!!
