RCS is making my life hell. How is it possible for me to have two accounts when I know that I only have one account with them. My card number ends with 48. The card number ending with 55 I do not know.
My name is Lewis Swarts. I had open an account with RCS. One single account with the number 48 ending. I app**** for a loan and to my surprise I had another account with the number 55 ending, link to my name. Now I receive numerous calls from RCS asking me when will I make a payment. I can a payment but to what number is the payment going to be added to. Something has to be done.
