RCS is full of s#it!! Worst mistake I have ever done

The worst decision that I took was to open an RCS card in order to try boost my credit score. For the last few months I have been having issues with them, I pay via Debit order and the debit was not done, my credit score went done because it was an unpaid. Did an EFT, the money reversed, called again no one seems to know what the issue was. So I decided to cancel it, called today spoke to Farika, off Jesus Christ, apparently my policy can't be cancelled immediately, also they can't debit their closing amount Iust go to picknpay to pay it What on earth is this
