RCS is failing to send me a letter of clearance for - already resolved - ********** account opened in my name

In 2015, an account was **********ly opened under my name. Immediately after been informed by my credit bureau (TransUnion) about this transaction. I contacted RCS and submitted all necessary documents including an affidavit. The matter was shortly resolved after that and the account was also removed from TransUnion.

Three month ago a app**** for a house finance with one of the banks and was told that there is an ITC flag from RCS for unpaid account and due to that, they cannot approve me for a bond. They asked me to contact RCS Group to request a letter stating that indeed the issue was resolved and the account was closed.

INCOMPETENCY: I called RCS a month ago requesting for the letter and was promised that their ITC department will send the letter to my email in the next two days, that has never happened. Today, I made follow up on the same matter, but seems like no one have any record of my previous inquiry and was told the same thing that I was told a month ago that the ITC will send me the letter in few days and will also clear the flag. I then asked for the contact numbers of their ITC department so I can speak to them directly, but was told that they do not have the telephone number but only the email : ********** When I send them an mail, the email bounced back saying the email is restricted.

FRUSTRATION: I am currently sitting with an offer to purchase that is expiring in 4 days and If I do not get this letter, It SIMPLY means I will not be able to secure the house and that would be the worst thing I can ever image happening.

@RCS Group, Can you please assist me on this issue as a matter of urgency.
