RCS is Easy to collect but hard to settle

<p>Worst service ever, when your account gets handed over even though you pay on a monthly basis, you guys take forever to get back to the attorneys. I have been trying to do a vehicle finance application and and it got rejected because of an account that has been paid up, but have not notfied the attorneys, called the call centre, for a statement and they advised that i have to send the statement to the attorneys. When the attorneys have been requesting the settle statement for months. really poor service</p>
