RCS IS ****!!!!!!!!!!

Since taking over from edgars everything went to ****. If been with edgars for 8year and never had any trouble with my debt order but as soon as RCS took over they changed my debt order date without my concent and then penalized me with them not taking my debt order and telling me i needed to make the payment in store but i was in pofadder where there is nothing and that is why i have a debt order so i dont hqve to worry about stuff like that. I never paid more than R300 a month on my account because my limit is R2700 but for them not taking that one month debt order they took R1200 out of my account and when you try to talk to the call centre no one can help.
